200 g white flake chocolate
100 ml cream

12 fresh strawberries
150 g dark chocolate
Blend flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, mix the soft butter, sugar, eggs, strawberry puree, cream, vanilla and the lather juice and the carbonated foam. Beat until smooth.
Combine the strawberry mixture with the floury mixture in a bowl. Feed all the ingredients together with the help of spatula.
Pour the dough into a greased rectangular cake mold.
Bake for about 1 hour in a preheated oven set at 175 degrees.
In the meantime, melt the bitter chocolate in bain-marie style and dipped the fresh strawberries one by one in half. Place on greaseproof paper and allow to freeze at room temperature.
For white chocolate ganache, put the cream in a pan. Heat the cream over the fire. Remove from the stove and add the white chocolate and let the chocolate melt well.
Remove the cake from the oven, put it on the wire grill and let it cool. When cooled, divide into equal sized squares and pour white chocolate ganache on it. Serve by placing strawberries dipped in chocolate when the ganache begins to freeze.
